Penny Washer Kit -Form-G- A2 Stainless Steel

Form-G washers are sometimes referred to as ‘penny’ or ‘repair’ washers and whilst they aren’t technically as such they perform a very similar function, spreading a load thus protecting sheet materials. They have a smaller outside diameter than penny washers but are significantly larger than standard and are as follows; M3 – 9mm OD – 0.8mm thick M4 – 12mm OD – 1mm thick M5 – 15mm OD – 1.2mm thick M6 – 18mm Od – 1.6mm thick M8 – 24mm OD – 2mm thick A2-70 stainless steel, also known as 304 or 18/8 grade  has great weather resistance and longevity. It can be used in all outdoor conditions apart from where consistent exposure to either salt water or sewerage is expected.
